2. Each day for 30 days, prepare a cup of Inner Depths ceremonial cacao and return to a consistent daily ritual designed to encourage stillness, reflection and presence.
3. Use the daily prompts provided as gentle guidance for journaling, contemplation or self-inquiry throughout the month.
4. Reflect or journal during or after your cacao ritual, allowing space to notice patterns, insights and shifts in perspective as your practice unfolds.

Ritual, consistency and guidance
Rather than offering a one-off experience, this practice is designed to be returned to daily. The combination of cacao, intention-setting and gentle prompts supports a steady rhythm of reflection and self-inquiry over 30 days.

1. Heat 125ml water or milk, and allow to cool slightly.
2. Add the water/milk and 20g of Inner Depths cacao to a blender, pan or mug.
3. Blend in a blender, gently whisk in a pan (under a low flame) or whisk with a milk frother in a mug until smooth and creamy.
4. Sweeten if needed.
5. Give yourself a few minutes to yourself to drink.
For best results, take on an empty stomach. And because cacao is a stimulant, it's best taken earlier in the day.

Also feel free to use water, plant milk, sweetener (or anything else that feels good to you) to make your daily cup taste pleasurable. Nope. All you need is an open mind. There’s no set way to enjoy your daily cup or work with the prompts, so just do what feels natural to you. Each daily prompt is designed to gently guide you, but how you action it is up to you.
