The most delicious, indulgent cacao I’ve ever had! It’s so smooth and creamy. I have tried every one now and I love them all. Love the pack of three to allow me cacao for different uses. Cloud nine - for a morning boost and lift! (So tasty!) Inner Buddha - for an indulgent morning reflection. And I’ll sometimes have this one nearer to bedtime at a lower dose. And Root to Rise - another morning favourite. I drink a cup of 8Within every day. It’s my daily treat and routine. Either I’m drinking it to start my day or to deepen inner reflections or something else. It’s always part of my ritual and routines. The beginning of a deeper practice
The Earth Medicines retreat was thoughtfully created and offered such a beautiful introduction to a range of practices—from making Agua de Florida and experiencing hape and cacao, to mantra chanting, creating a despacho prayer bundle and closing with a water blessing.
I joined for several reasons, one being that the rituals I try to create for myself never seem to feel “special” enough. The retreat helped me understand that ritual is about intentionally creating the space, connecting with the practice and returning to it consistently. I left feeling more connected and with meaningful tools that I can continue to use.
Ifey held the space so beautifully throughout the day. Her knowledge, warmth and genuine connection to everything she shared made the experience feel deeply meaningful.
