THE WORK
Before every breakthrough, there’s an unravelling that's often mistaken for confusion.
But this isn’t a problem to fix, it’s actually a key part of the process.
Like a chef mid-creation (ingredients scattered, knives flying) it all looks messy from the outside. But in that chaos, something extraordinary is taking shape.
If you feel stuck, uncertain, tired of searching... and yet something inside you whispers there’s more… there is.
The answers you seek already live within you, but to hear them, you need to let go.
Let go of the doubt and confusion, and instead reconnect with your inner knowing.
And that's where this work begins.
Our time together may involve a self-led at home experience, one-off in-person sessions that dive a little deeper or a full six-week immersion using Earth medicines to deliver clarity on your life's deeper purpose.

My story
There I was:31 floors above London, alone in my designer apartment, wondering how I ended up here again.
Successful on paper, but so empty inside.
I’d done everything right. The degrees, the careers (doctor, journalist, TV producer - to name a few), the spiritual quests across India, Bali, and the Himalayas. Therapy, fasting, chanting, seeking. But still… I couldn’t shake the feeling I’d missed something. Something big.
Everyone else seemed to know who they were meant to be. I was stuck in a frustrating cycle of chasing fulfilment but never quite catching it.
Until one day, when I’d almost given up, an email arrived. An invitation to Hawaii: a rebirth.
I didn’t know what it meant, but I went. And nothing has been the same since.
From that moment, I followed a call I couldn’t explain, into the wild, into fear, into ancient wisdom. I met elders, worked with totems, dreams, plants… oh so many plants. I walked into the unknown. Usually kicking and screaming, but always moving forward.
Only now do I see what it was: a hero’s journey.
And the thing about a hero’s journey?
You only realise you were in one when you come out the other side.
And the elixir you return with?
Well, you discover you had it the whole time. You just needed some ‘assistance’ to truly see it.
And that's where the plants and Earth medicines come into play.

How we work together
Step 1: Begin at Home - The 28-Day Unstuck Kit (£333)
Not everyone is ready to dive straight into 1:1 work.
Sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do is start by yourself, in your own time and in your own space.
The Unstuck kit is a bespoke 28-day at-home plant medicine journey, personally created for you. It begins with your own Chiron astrological reading (to reveal your core karmic wound, and the key to understanding what's really been keeping you stuck).
From there, I hand-select a combination of ceremonial-grade cacao, sacred plant medicines and herbal tinctures, formulated specifically for your healing themes.
You'll work with your kit daily for a full moon cycle, guided by a printed handout so you can emerge feeling clearer and more at peace.
This is the perfect place to begin if you're curious but not yet ready to go deeper.
Step 2: Go Deeper - A One-Off Earth Medicine Session (from £500)
When you're ready for a deeper experience than you can create for yourself, a single earth medicine session is the next step.
This is a bespoke, one-off in-person experience, created with you before we begin - no two sessions look alike.
Depending on what you need, we might explore:
- a private plant medicine ceremony
- a once-in-a-lifetime life pathway totem animal reading (to discover the abilities, talents, gifts and challenges you hold and will encounter/need as you walk your path)
- guided integration of previous/upcoming plant medicine or psychedelic ceremonies (to help process the experience and embed the lessons learned in your daily life)
- earth-based initiations (water or fire rituals)
Sessions run for half a day and are designed to create a noticeable shift and give you what you need to move forward.

Step 3: The Full Immersion - 6 Weeks of Deep Inner Work (from £2,000 · just 2 spots per cycle)
For those ready to go all the way in.
This is the most intimate work I offer: a six-week apprenticeship of sorts, where we walk side by side through real-time life initiations, ancient tools, and ongoing support. It's slow, deliberate and deeply personal.
Your immersion is built entirely around you. Elements may include a life pathway totem animal reading, a Chiron astrological deep-dive, integration sessions, dreamwork, bespoke microdosing protocols, and WhatsApp/voice memo support between sessions for those moments when life throws up something unexpected.
With only two spaces available each intake cycle, this work is offered slowly and with my full attention.
