Order cut-off times
Cut off for shipping is 10 pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 10 pm, will be processed the subsequent working day.
Shipping speed
All orders are shipped within 1-2 working days, using a 48-hr tracked service by Royal Mail. While this service endeavours to deliver your parcel within 48 hours, delivery time can extend to 3 or 4 working days at busy times of the year or if the delivery address is in a remote area.
Please allow this amount of time before contacting us about your delivery.
If you require your order by a specific date, please email hello@8within.com before placing your order so we can deliver it using a service with a guaranteed delivery date (extra charges apply).
How to check the shipping status of your order
You will also find a tracking code in your shipping confirmation email, so please use that tracking code to see the delivery status of your parcel at this website: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/ before contacting 8 Within.
Damaged or lost parcels
Royal Mail defines a parcel as delayed if it has not been delivered by the due date plus 7 working days. If this happens, a complaint can be raised with Royal Mail by the customer or by 8 Within on your behalf.
If a parcel arrives damaged in any way, please take a photograph of the parcel as it is given to you by the postman or as found in your letterbox/delivery area. Please clearly photograph the whole outer packaging before opening it - paying particular attention to the areas of damage.
Then on opening, photograph the entirety of the inside contents, again paying attention to the areas of damage.

Please note that without photographic evidence of damaged items, we cannot replace or refund damaged or missing items as we can't raise a complaint with Royal Mail without any evidence of negligence on their part.
