Dive into profound self-awareness and neuroplastic transformation with this rare, high tryptamine indigenous ceremonial cacao from Ancash, northern Peru.
This is a 100% pure cacao offering that’s 13x higher in tryptamine than other cacao varieties.
Tryptamine, often called the awakening molecule, has been scientifically shown to encourage neuroplasticity (your brain and nerve cells' ability to rewire the way they respond to certain situations).
Best enjoyed ~30 minutes before meditation or journaling to open new pathways of thought, release limiting beliefs and connect with deeper parts of you.
1. Heat 100-125mls of water or milk, and allow to cool slightly.
2. Add the water/milk and entire sachet contents to a blender, pan or mug.
3. Blend in a blender, gently whisk in a pan (under a low flame), or whisk with a milk frother in a mug until smooth and creamy.
4. Sweeten if needed.
5. Enjoy hot or iced.

Science meets plant alchemy
After walking away from a career as a medical doctor, 8 Within's founder Dr Ifey Ihonor spent five years travelling the world (from India to Indonesia, Hawaii and Costa Rica) in search of her life’s purpose.
But it wasn’t until a hot and sticky Thursday morning in Costa Rica in 2023 that 8 Within was conceived.
While drinking real Mayan cacao deep in the jungle, Ifey had an indescribably awakening experience.
“So this is what authentic cacao can do. Wow!”
It was at that moment she knew she had to share the mind-elevating magic of ceremonial cacao with as many people as possible.
But she knew her path with cacao couldn’t be the same as others. She needed to fuse her Western medical training with her growing knowledge of traditional herbalism to create a new type of cacao experience.
