Our herbal tinctures contain ingredients that are naturally free from gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts and soy. But they're prepared in an environment that may contain traces of these allergens.
Take 1 to 2 full dropperfuls daily as needed (before meditation, relaxation or bedtime is best). Drop directly under the tongue for best results. It can also be mixed with cacao, warm or cold drinks.
