Our herbal tinctures contain ingredients that are naturally free from gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts and soy. But they're prepared in an environment that may contain traces of these allergens.
Take 30 drops daily as needed (before meditation, relaxation or bedtime is best). Drop directly under the tongue or in cacao for best results. It can also be mixed with other warm or cold drinks.
Increase the dose as needed - based on your response. It's best to start low and build up.

Our herbal tinctures stay active for up to 12 months when stored in a cool, dark place. Store in the fridge to lengthen its shelf life even further.
