Whole-bean cacao paste
Our cacao is made from whole cacao paste rather than processed powder, preserving its naturally rich texture and complex flavour profile. It is characterised by a notably higher theobromine-to-caffeine ratio than many cacao varieties, contributing to a smooth, rounded cup often preferred for slow, intentional sipping.
1. Heat 100mls water or milk, and allow to cool slightly.
2. Add the water/milk and 17g of cacao to a pan, mug or blender.
3. Gently whisk in a pan (under a low flame) or mug (try using a milk frother), or blend in a blender until smooth and creamy.
4. Sweeten if needed.

making you feel more alive and energised. Cacao also contains feelgood
compounds (phenylethylamine, tryptophan, tryptamine and indirect

We created our elixirs to be drunk when you need to shift into a specific frame of mind, but you can also drink them daily as an all-natural way to stay energised and feel amazing. But keep in mind that it's best to have no more than 40g (a ceremonial dose) in a day to avoid overstimulation.

But you can cancel your order for a full refund if you do so before it has been shipped. Shipping usually happens 12 to 24 hours after placing your order (you will be sent an shipping notification by email once your order has been dispatched for shipping).

We dispatch all orders within 1-2 days. We use a 48-hour tracked postal service (Royal Mail), which usually arrives within 2 working days. Please note that delivery may take longer for orders placed on weekends and public holidays. If your order hasn't arrived after 2 weeks, please contact us and we will chase it up for you.
Yes, 8 Within delivers worldwide, but some countries have complicated import rules, and require a manual order to be created. If you try to place an order to a non-UK country and you're unable to check out, please email hello@8within.com and we will help complete your order manually.
