Active compounds
Kanna’s effects are linked to naturally occurring alkaloids including mesembrine, mesembrenone and delta-7-mesembrenone, which are associated with relaxation, mood support and enhanced mental clarity.
High dose
Each bite contains 50mg of a high strength kanna extract that contains 50% mesembrine, 25% mesembrenone and 25% delta-7-mesembrenone for a noticeable but subtle lift in mood, functionng and presence.
For fastest action, simply eat a bite (it tastes like a 90% dark chocolate).
If you’ve never tried kanna before, start with half a bite to see how your body responds. You can move up to a full bite once you know your baseline.
