A day of silencing the daily noise to finally hear the deeper work that keeps trying to get your attention.

Who it's for

For the woman feeling called to create more spiritually aligned work, who knows her true path can't be found through logic alone.

That includes:

Women considering leaving conventional employment to follow a calling.
Coaches who feel spiritually disconnected from coaching culture.
Retreat leaders, wellness practitioners, healers and therapists in the "messy middle"
Business owners who feel their work has become too commercial
Artists, writers or makers with a spiritual body of work that's in progress.

What to expect

There'll be plant medicine, ritual, mythology, intuition practices and a good old-fashioned cacao circle.

We'll work with some gentle but still powerful plant allies to deepen intuition and open the heart, allowing you to be truly honest with yourself.

Then we'll use mythology and some special ancient rituals to help you better understand and connect with what you truly want and what's blocking you.

Shared wisdom is a big part of this day, so we'll also talk honestly about:

The life you're living vs the work you're being called towards
What makes money vs what feels like soul work
The identity you've built vs the real you that’s trying to break free
External success vs inner truth
Following the market vs following Spirit

As a small group of no more than 10, there'll be space to speak honestly with other women like you about the things you might not feel able to say to the people in your everyday life.

What we'll do together

Sweetgrass smoke blessings

Individual blessings with sacred sweetgrass to welcome in the energy of change and connect to the wisdom of mother nature.

Sanaga ceremony

Sanaga is an Amazonian plant, traditionally used by hunters to strengthen their vision. It helps clear what you can't see, allowing you to move forward with clarity, strength and focus. It is applied as drops directly into the eyes.

Microdose of sacred heart medicine

You'll have the opportunity to deepen your connection to yourself and your heart's true desire by working with a small dose of a sacred desert medicine that's renowned for softening the heart and bringing joy and clarity. This is 100% optional.

Cacao sharing circle with mythology

A space to share dreams, hopes and challenges as a group.

We'll also use mythology to understand the spiritual symbolism of where you are in your life, give you a new perspective and get honest about what's really standing in your way.

You'll leave with 2 gifts to continue your self discovery work at home.

1. Your own sweetgrass braid

I am currently growing sweetgrass at home. If my plants get big enough, I'll bring fresh sweetgrass which we'll use to make our own sweetgrass braids. You can take this home to burn when you need to reconnect with yourself and the Earth. Otherwise you will receive already made sweetgrass braids.
