This pink lotus tincture is created as a companion for inward-focused ritual, reflection and intentional pause.

Pink lotus flower has a long history of symbolic and ceremonial use across ancestral and folk traditions, where it has been associated with themes of renewal, resilience and order emerging from stillness. Its presence in ritual is often used where there is a desire to slow down, turn inward and sit with what’s already there.

Each 30ml bottle contains a 1:3 concentration of organic pink lotus flower, extracted in an alcohol base with a touch of honey to preserve its naturally occurring compounds.

Pink lotus is a gentle flower with very little natural flavour. This tincture has a light, neutral profile, with the alcohol base carrying the plant’s character. For a softer experience, add a few drops to cacao, tea or a favourite drink.

Traditionally associated with rituals of:

  • Inward reflection

  • Stillness and pause

  • Contemplative practice

  • Symbolic renewal

  • Quiet ritual use

This product is inspired by ancestral and folk medicine traditions and is created to support ritual and reflection. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

This tincture is crafted to honour the character of the plant itself, rather than masking its flavour. Extracted in an alcohol base, it has a light, gently sweet profile that reflects pink lotus in its natural form.

Premium quality

Made using a short, intentional ingredient list: organic pink lotus flower, sugar-cane alcohol and a touch of wildflower honey.

Concentrated extraction

Prepared at a 1:3 ratio, meaning a higher proportion of plant material to liquid than the more common 1:4 extracts, resulting in a more concentrated tincture.

Small-batch crafted

Each batch is made in very limited quantities (just ten bottles at a time) allowing for careful attention at every stage of the process, from extraction to bottling.

Pink lotus flower herb, wildflower honey and natural sugar cane alcohol.

Our herbal tinctures contain ingredients that are naturally free from gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts and soy. But they're prepared in an environment that may contain traces of these allergens.

Take 30 drops up to two times a day. Drop directly under the tongue (unless you have a delicate palate) or in cacao for best results. It can also be mixed with other warm or cold drinks.

Increase as needed - based on your response. It's best to start low and build up.

Speak to a medical professional if you have any medical conditions or are on any medication.

Our herbal tinctures are best used within 12 months of opening when stored in a cool, dark place. Store in the fridge to lengthen its shelf life even further.

Avoid temperatures above 30°C.

A new ritual is born

In rural Costa Rica, during a jungle cacao ceremony, I felt something I’d never known before: expansive, deeply connected, profoundly alive.

As a doctor, I wanted to understand why. The answer? Theobromine. Cacao’s natural blood vessel opener. It doesn’t just energise; it can amplify the action of any plant medicine it’s paired with.

That insight lit a fire.

I began creating complementary herbal tinctures.

They worked beautifully on their own, but when paired with cacao, they became something else.

A new ritual was born.

Hand-steeped tinctures and cacao, working together to stir and shift.

I hope these bring you what you need.

Science meets ceremony

These aren’t supplements. They're traditional plant preparations, inspired by ancestral and folk medicine systems, and created to support ritual, reflection, and inner states rather than diagnose, treat or cure.

Each can be enjoyed on its own, or thoughtfully paired with cacao as part of a considered ritual practice.

Potency that works

Most tinctures use a 1:4 concentration. We go further with 1:3, creating a stronger brew.

Crafted by hand

Each tincture is steeped for 8 weeks, bottled by hand, and made in micro-batches of just 10. No machines. No shortcuts. Just old-world care.

Ritual, not routine

We made pairing cacao and tinctures a 'thing', transforming a daily drink into a ritual of intention and expansion - grounding, uplifting, reconnecting.
